For some reason, Holley felt Wood was laughable and stupid as she watched how hard he tried to act. However, she was quite patient that she carried on with her own act as well.

Thus, Wood felt that Holley must've had a thing for him. He approached her again and tried to grab her waist.

"Why the rush? You haven't even asked me my name, who I am, and where I'm from—and you just want me to be your girlfriend?" Holley said slowly. Upon hearing those words, Wood looked at her and realized she had a point.

"Alright, then. May I have your name, please?" he asked.

"My family name is Ye. Oh, I think that you asked about who my boyfriend is, right? His name is Black Hu," Holley responded. Wood was quite happy when Holley told him her name, but when he heard her boyfriend's name, he got confused.

'Black Hu? I feel like I've heard that name somewhere, ' Wood thought.

'Black Hu… Hu…' He kept thinking.

Suddenly, something occurred to him. His eyes went wide open all of a sudden as he collected his thoughts. 'Black Hu, the young master of Hu Group? His father is Rex Hu, the CEO of Hu Group, who is not only connected to gangs but also connected to the police. Oh my God, is that the Black Hu I know? It would be so unlikely that they are the same person. They're not!' he pondered.

The mere thought of Black's background made his fat body tremble with fear.

His reactions didn't go unnoticed by Holley, but she just mentally sneered.

'Yes, in this city, those people who have power and high social status are treated completely differently by everyone. They can look down upon anyone. Besides, only a name, a single name of two words, can terrify people. They wouldn't even dare to mess up with anyone related to these names, ' Holley mused.

'And I'm just a person who hides behind other people's names. I'm just using Hu Group's name to intimidate other people, so what makes me different from them?' Holley thought bitterly.

The memories from that house the other night resurfaced in her mind again. 'One day, I'll make them pay. They will pay for all the humiliation and suffering, and I'll make them pay double, ' Holley resolved to herself.

"Beauty, you are not lying to me, are you?" Wood asked suspiciously. It was clear that he wasn't sure about what Holley just said.

Holley chuckled. "Lying? You really think I'm lying?"

Wood still eyed Holley dubiously. He knew that this beautiful lady wore fancy clothes and makeup, and that she wasn't an ordinary woman. She was rich and elegant. But, Wood thought that it was impossible when Holley said that she was the girlfriend of the young master of Hu Group.

'The young master of Hu Group had studied abroad, and didn't came back until recently. He went back home to take over his father's company, so it's impossible for him to have a girlfriend so quickly like this, ' Wood thought.

'Impossible, it's impossible. She must be lying to me. I don't believe it, ' he thought again.

With that thought in mind, he put his hand on Holley's waist without hesitation. His pungent mouth almost touched Holley's neck.

"You'd better not touch me. This is a kind warning," Holley hissed. However, Wood just laughed mockingly at her.

"I am touching you. So what? What's going to happen to me, lady of Hu family?" Once again, his filthy hand grabbed Holley's waist even tighter.

All this time, Holley had been closely observing the people walking by the gate. At that moment, she vaguely saw someone. Her face suddenly turned.

"You! Let go of me! Don't touch me! Let me go or I will call someone to come!" Holley shouted in fear. Her facial expression showed that she was afraid and something terrible was happening.

Meanwhile, Wood was surprised by Holley's sudden change. But when he saw how helpless and terrified Holley was, he was so satisfied with her reactions. He felt like he had conquered this woman and he was proud of it.

'Like I thought, she's just a normal woman. She is nothing important. She lied to me, ' he thought happily.

'There's no way that she can threaten me, ' Wood thought and was delighted with himself.
