The Ceo’s Convict Wife by Jennifer Mike novel Chapter 286

Chapter 286

However, she could tell that Rosalie must be deeply in love with Jonathan by now. She thought about it for a moment and decided not to say anything. After all, Rosalie had been through a lot and she suspected that Rosalie had already considered the concerns she had.

She could only hope in her heart that Rosalie would truly have a good ending, unlike herself.

During her free time in the afternoon, Lillian chatted with Rosalie for a while. Lillian was amazed to learn that Rosalie had attended the movie premiere starring Dominic Caesar and regretted not going with the latter.

She then started asking Rosalie about the scene when she met Dominic yesterday and if she got any autographs.

Rosalie sent the photos of herself with Dominic that Jonathan had taken on her phone to Lillian. As for the signed photos and posters Dominic had given her, she would take pictures of them and send them to Lillian later.

“Wow, I envy you so much for getting so close to Dominic. I heard he’s doing a few more promotional events in Strico. I wonder if I can meet him!” Lillian exclaimed.

“If you really want to meet Dominic, just talk to Callum. He may have connections. It shouldn’t be too difficult to arrange,” Rosalie suggested, knowing that someone like Callum, as the head of the White family, likely had connections.

To arrange for Lillian to meet Dominic wouldn’t be much trouble.

“Him…” Lillian shuddered. “Never mind.” Whenever she watched videos related to Dominic, Callum’s face would darken.

It wasn’t just Dominic. It was also other male celebrities she admired. Callum always wore a displeased expression whenever she was interested in male celebrities.

It made her pursuit of being a fangirl quite secretive. Was this how it felt to be in a relationship?

Fortunately, her relationship with Callum was only a “fake” one. If it were real, she believed that she would have no hope of pursuing her fangirl interests for the rest of her life. Lillian couldn’t help but blame herself once again for getting involved with him.

If she hadn’t gone along with that aggressive move under the influence of alcohol back then, she wouldn’t be in this awkward situation now, would she?

In summary, a single mistake can lead to eternal regret.

Seeing the miserable emoji Lillian sent her, Rosalie couldn’t help but laugh. She still believed that Callum being with Lillian wasn’t out of revenge.

After all, there were many ways for revenge and Callum didn’t need to choose such a complicated method. Moreover, during their last trip to Sloummont, from Callum’s behavior and the way he looked at Lillian, Rosalie believed that Callum had certain feelings for Lillian.

In the evening, after Rosalie returned home from work, she arranged the posters and signed photos that Dominic had given her on the coffee table. She then took pictures of them and sent them to Lillian.

Discussing stars with her friend made Rosalie feel like she had returned to the feeling she had before the accident. It was a long-lost sense of ease.

Jonathan sat on the couch, watching as Rosalie took pictures of the posters and chatted with Lillian via messages. A smile played on her lips. From time to time, her hand caressed the face of Dominic on the posters.

He thought, “Is that actor so attractive?” Jonathan’s eyes were fixed on Rosalie’s hand, which was touching Dominic’s face.

So, Jonathan transformed into the jealous boyfriend again, stretching out his long arm and pulling Rosalie into his embrace.

“Aren’t you done taking pictures?” he asked.

“Just two more posters,” Rosalie replica.

“Then let me do it,” he said as he took her phone, snapped photos of the remaining two posters, and sent them to Lillian.

It would be better for him to shoot it himself than let her.

“Is that it?” Rosalie asked and she was surprised at how quickly he had taken the photos.

“Yes, just two posters. How long do you think it takes?” Jonathan replied.

Rosalie glanced at the photos Jonathan had sent to her friend and noticed that the framing wasn’t perfect in some of them. She hoped Lillian wouldn’t mind. If she did, Rosalie could take better photos later.

Rosalie opened her phone’s gallery and started looking at the pictures Jonathan had taken of her with Dominic. She

planned to select one to print out as a memento. After all, having a photo with her favorite star was a cherished memory.

“Why are you still looking at those photos?” Jonathan, not completely over his jealousy, started feeling jealous again.

“I’m going to print a photo and put it in the album,” Rosalie said.

“Is he good-looking?” His voice was full of jealousy.

Rosalie blinked and then looked up, meeting Jonathan’s clearly jealous expression. She had a feeling that he was going to be like this when it came to her admiration for male celebrities.
