She reached out, pushing him away slightly, “Mmm!”

Miles released her but didn’t let go entirely, “Who’s calling?”

“How would I know? Let me check first.”

Seeing that name flash on her screen, Miles’s handsome face darkened immediately, “Don’t answer it.”

“He might need something!”

“What could he possibly need?” he frowned, “Felicity, Calvin…you didn’t actually agree to be his girlfriend, did you?”

Miles had figured out the whole Calvin situation once he knew that their breakup was due to infertility issues. To him, Calvin was nothing more than a decoy!

Seeing Felicity actually considering taking his call, Miles felt a pang of unease.

“It’s not like that…” she replied instinctively.

Felicity sighed, rubbing her forehead, “I still need to take this call. We have some things to sort out.”

He frowned slightly but decided to show some “magnanimity.”
