The CEO's Hidden Love: Midnight Temptations and Deep Desires novel Chapter 1709

Felicity had seen her fair share of handsome men, but this guy was like something out of a storybook—a real-life Ken doll!

So much so that when she first saw him, she thought he was a girl with a pixie cut.

Miles wasn't too thrilled hearing his wife gush over another guy.

His thick brows furrowed slightly. "You like him?"

Felicity, oblivious to the jealous vibe radiating from Miles, responded earnestly, "Whether I like him or not doesn’t matter! The real question is, does Abigail like him? That guy practically wears his heart on his sleeve when it comes to Abigail. I’m starting to think he took that job at her art studio just to get close to her!"

"Winning over Abigail won't be a walk in the park."

Miles thought of his sister and pursed his lips. "Even though she and Craig have been divorced for two years, she hasn't been seeing anyone new. Maybe she hasn’t moved on yet."

"Abigail? I asked her about it, and she said she’s over it! She and Craig were never a good match in the first place—different backgrounds, education levels, personalities—nothing clicked! But this young guy in her studio is different. He’s handsome, gentle, well-educated, and they have so much in common!"

Before she could finish, Miles playfully tapped her forehead.

"Still praising him, huh?"

It was only then that Felicity realized what she was doing.

She chuckled, shaking her head.

"His eyes and mind are all about Abigail. I’m just chatting with you! I wouldn’t dare have eyes for anyone else!"

"You better have eyes only for me!"

Felicity nodded eagerly, "Don’t worry, you’re the only one!"

"So, who’s more handsome, me or this guy chasing after Abigail?"

"You, obviously!" Felicity wasn’t lying about that. "You’re in a league of your own when it comes to looks. But he’s got a pretty face, like a porcelain doll. You’ll see what I mean when you meet him!"

Initially, when they first got divorced, everyone thought there was a chance they might reconcile.

But knowing Abigail avoids Craig, that idea was pretty much dead in the water.

"Really? Then it seems she has moved on."

"That’s why I’m asking if she’s ready to open up to a new relationship."

Miles didn’t mind what kind of boyfriend his sister chose, as long as the guy treated her well and didn’t break her heart again!

Everything else didn’t matter much.

Felicity took a sip of her coffee, ready to swallow, when suddenly—

A wave of nausea hit her out of nowhere!
