Aurelia gently stroked his head, a poignant sorrow overwhelming her.

Leopold maintained his usual cold demeanor, his face seemed to be wearing a mask, hiding all his emotions behind it. 

“Whatever you think it means, that’s what it means.” 

Aurelia took a step forward, grabbing his shirt collar, “Are you regretting it? Regretting divorcing me and marrying Megan?” 

Leopold didn’t answer, she was too close, her captivating body almost pressing against his. 

Her alluring scent enveloped him, causing his inner balance to be lost, his rational mind gradually being consumed, his hormones raging.
