Though he remained silent, Celeste could clearly feel the steady 

rhythm of his heartbeat. With tear-filled eyes, she found solace in his presence, knowing she had a refuge for her troubled soul. 

“Chairman Salvador, as the head of the household, can you do 

something to control this foul-mouthed woman from your family?” 

Wyatt’s voice suddenly turned cold. His sharp gaze seemed to pierce 

through Shannon’s very core. 

Everyone was shocked to hear that. 

Foul-mouthed woman?! 

If he were to wear a mask, nobody would have guessed that these words came from the prominent businessman, Wyatt Thompson! 

Shannon’s face was flushed with humiliation and fury. Her face was
