The city was illuminated by the night lights. After Bella and Justin met up with Steven, they rushed back to Savrow at top speed.

On the way, Steven kept trying to call Amelia, but in the end, her phone was turned off instead.

“Amelia… Why won’t you pick up my call? Amelia!” Steven was frantic, murmuring to himself in a daze.

“Steven, don’t be nervous.”

Justin looked at Steven’s reddened eyes through the rearview mirror, saying gently, “I’ve sent Ian to look for her at her campus, and we’ll reach Savrow in half an hour. We’ll drive straight to the Savrow Film Academy.”

“Bella, calm down!”

“How could I calm down? Did you just let her report a case? What if this matter got out? What if the media starts speculating wildly, or what if someone else exploits the situation?!” Bella was fuming.

“Don’t worry. I handled everything when Amelia came to report a case. I only talked to her for a while and let her leave after taking her statement. That was two hours ago.
