The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 1559

Bethany said, “Also, you work so hard every day! You exhausted yourself for the company, yet Grandpa doesn’t appreciate it at all. How could he embarrass you like that in front of others? It’s truly disheartening.”

Bethany not only smeared her sister but also stabbed her grandfather in the back. With Shannon dead, the only person left in the Salvador family she could rely on was Gregory.

Since the old man was no longer on her side, she decided to sow discord to further worsen the relationship between father and son.

Sure enough, Gregory’s face darkened like the bottom of a pot after Bethany finished speaking. She was secretly pleased. Suddenly, she remembered Shannon mentioning that her father and uncle had conflicts, so she decided to use this to deepen the rift. “Dad, what do you think Grandpa means? Does he still believe that Uncle Gary can come back to life?”

Paul looked at Bethany in shock.

Gregory’s large hand on the table clenched tightly. He slowly lifted his eyelids, and the unprecedented coldness in his eyes made Bethany shiver.

“What did you say?”

“Dad, I heard... Grandpa has always favored Uncle Gary and has shown little care for you. As the eldest son, you were supposed to inherit the family business unless you were weak and sickly like my big brother Grant. I think Grandpa seemed very dissatisfied with you being the head of the family. Hmph, but what can he do if he’s dissatisfied? Can he bring Uncle Gary back to life? Ah!”

Before Bethany could finish her sentence, Gregory suddenly flew into a rage and slapped her hard. The force was so strong that it left Bethany with a splitting headache. She could even see stars.

Gregory pointed at her swollen and disheveled face, his eyes wide with fury. “Both your grandfather and Gary are your elders! Who gave you the right to speak ill of them? Get out of here!”
