The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 1617

Wyatt barely had a good hold of his glass. “It’s time I updated my will.”

Quentin felt a lump in his throat. “Chairman Thompson.”

“Don’t be alarmed. It’s the same with business moguls all around the world. I should get a will in order at this age, just in case.”

Wyatt looked solemnly at Quentin. “I can’t tell Mila, Sasha, and Celeste because they are too kind to handle it. I can’t let the children know either. I might be surrounded by power and riches, but I have caused them a lot of pain. I know my faults. I can only talk to you about it. I trust you.”

Quentin uttered in distress, “You told me that you want to watch your children build their families and empires. You want to hold your grandchildren...”

“That’s going to be a long wait. Ash, Axel, Ralph, and Drew are either focused on their work or being bachelors. They just won’t stop pissing me off.”

Wyatt sighed. “Now that I think about it, only Bella takes marriage seriously. It’s a shame—”

Quentin’s phone vibrated, and he took the call.

Seconds later, he grimaced. “Got it.”

Wyatt asked, “What happened?”

“Chairman Thompson.” Quentin paused. “Mr. Christopher Iverson is here. He’s downstairs.”

Wyatt gnashed his teeth, his face falling.

“If you don’t want to see him, I’ll go to the lobby and refuse him.”
