The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 1619

“I know feelings can’t be forced. I love Bella, but I never forced her to be with me. As her most devoted suitor, I can’t stand Bella dating a monster like Justin.”

With a grimacing look, Christopher put a box on the table. “Inside is the drug that saved you. The three syringes should be enough to stabilize your condition. The drug can’t be obtained easily, even with money. It’s hard enough to get one syringe, much less three. The only thing you need to do is promise me that Bella will not marry Justin. I can guarantee that you will get a supply of this drug for many years to come, and you will live long.”

Christopher’s eyes flickered with ruthlessness. “I will give my blessing to whoever Bella marries, just not Justin.”

Wyatt’s hand shook violently as his world turned upside down. “Are you threatening me, Christopher? Are you asking me to sacrifice my daughter’s happiness to save my own life? You are so full of yourself. So what if I have blood clots clogging blood flow? Even if I have cancer, I will never destroy Bella’s happiness just to live a few more years. Why would I live for her to hate me? Show him the door, Quentin!”

Quentin approached with a scowl. “This way, please, Mr. Iverson.”

Christopher grabbed the box on the table with a scoff and narrowed his eyes at Wyatt’s discolored face. “I’m only doing this for Bella’s own good, Chairman Thompson. Your indulgence will only harm your beloved daughter.”

“Please leave, Mr. Iverson.” Even Quentin was livid.

“You shouldn’t be quick to decline. You should think more about yourself and keep your options open. One day, you’ll regret turning my offer down.”

Christopher turned around, his smile not reaching his eyes. “I might not give you the drug even if you beg then.”

He then took off.

Once the door closed, Wyatt could not stop the emotions from riding rough through him.

“Q-Quentin, the meds!”

Not long after Christopher left the office, he ran into Bella and Justin.
