The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 1963

“Justin’s heart spasmed with pain. He stood rooted in place, looking helpless and distressed.

Suddenly, Drew stood up and grabbed Justin by the collar, glaring at him with sharp eyes. “What the hell did you do to my sister?! Did you force her into some S&M play yesterday?!’”

“No…”

“Then why is she covered in bruises?! Fuck! Even if you’re playing, you should be the masochist!”

Drew’s knuckles turned white. He used so much force that he even yanked off the button at Justin’s collar. The two men’s noses were almost touching. “Bella was doted on like a princess by us brothers, but she has only suffered misfortunes since she started dating you. Now, you’re even bullying her in bed?!

“How could you be such a monster?! Since you said you love her, you should be considerate of her feelings! How could you just get yourself off and neglect my sister’s well-being?! Justin, just you wait! I’ll ask that old maid of yours to count my sister’s injuries. Then I’ll return them to you tenfold!”

Justin could see that Drew was genuinely angry. The only person who could make Drew lose composure like this was Bella.

“Drew…” Bella, burning from the fever, struggled to open her eyes.

“I’m here, Bella. I’m right here!”

Drew angrily pushed Justin aside and squatted by the bed, touching her forehead. His own forehead was also covered in a thin layer of sweat. “It’s too hot. I could even fry an egg!”

“You’re so noisy…” Bella used all her strength to raise her hand, flicking Drew’s forehead lightly. “A patient needs to rest… You’re intentionally keeping me awake…”

At this moment, Wilma rushed in with fever medicine and water. She took a thermometer and placed it on Bella’s forehead.

Beep!

It was 39.8 degrees Celsius!

“OMG! This temperature is enough to kill even cancer cells, and you’re still holding on?!”

Wilma felt distressed for Bella and indignantly pushed Justin until he staggered back. “Young Master, you’re a fool! What fever medicine does she need at this point? Send her to the hospital now before her brain gets damaged!”

Justin was filled with regret. He had hurt the person he loved the most because of his possessiveness.

Justin and Wilma helped to change Bella’s clothes while Drew turned away, his broad shoulders trembling in anger.

At this moment, Bella was like an obedient doll, letting them move her as they pleased. Wilma helped her put on a coat, and Justin got on one knee to put on her shoes.

Justin was about to carry her when Drew roughly pushed him away, refusing to let him touch Bella.

“Bella, let me carry you.” Drew squatted with his back to Bella.

“Drew, let me do it.” Justin had a simple thought and did not want Drew to be worn out.

“Get lost.”

Justin pursed his dry lips, at a loss for words.

“When Bella was sick as a child, we would carry her to the hospital and take turns coaxing her to sleep when she was uncomfortable at night.”

Drew swiftly lifted his sister, his eyes red. “When she was a little girl, she rode on my back if she was in a bad mood. Justin, you said you love her, but I don’t think you’re doing nearly enough. I’m a little hesitant to trust her with you.”
