Bella and Ralph were already waiting for him outside the interrogation room.

“Bella, I’m sorry I’m late,” Justin said, catching his breath and immediately apologizing.

“It’s fine. I was just worried you might have had an accident hurrying over." Bella quickly stepped forward and used her sleeve to wipe the sweat from his forehead.

“Well, business first.” Justin looked at Bella with a loving smile, gently brushing her nose with his fingertip.

“Owen Hopkins will be here soon. I’ll personally interrogate him,” Ralph said. His face lit up at the thought of finally making a breakthrough after all this time.

“Ralph, remember to be mindful of your tone.” Bella reminded Ralph thoughtfully, “Hopkins used to hold a high position and was your superior. Even though he’s now a criminal, people like him are often arrogant and unyielding at their core. So, you should treat him with respect. Be polite and guide him carefully. Don’t be too forceful or put too much pressure on him."

“Come on! Do you think I don’t know that? I haven’t been working as a detective all these years for nothing.” Ralph patted his younger sister’s shoulder reassuringly. “Don’t worry. I got this.”
