Ian hurried over to open it, only to freeze in shock. “Chairman Thompson?"
Supported by Axel, Wyatt stood at the door. His gaze was heavy as he spoke. “Is Mr. Salvador inside? May I have a word with him?"
Ian quickly stepped aside, respectfully inviting them into the room.
When Justin saw Wyatt’s unexpected visit, he struggled to stand despite his exhaustion. “Chairman Thompson..."
“You're injured. Don’t move around carelessly!” Wyatt immediately stepped forward, pressing down on Justin’s arm to stop him.
Seeing the man who had endured so much to save his sister reduced to such a frail state, Axel felt a wave of pain, guilt, and sadness wash through him.
“Chairman Thompson... I’m sorry.” Justin’s pale lips parted slightly.
His voice was low, tinged with bitterness.
He did not know what to say, but he felt the need to apologize to Bella’s father and to Bella herself.

I am reading this book from last year. Its very long story but at start i find enjoyable.Still there is no closure , dragging the story and the writer is running out of ideas. Its frustrating that they don't upload chapters regularly....
If you are about to start reading this “ongoing” book….don’t. It’s a great read but mo regular updates and leaves you hanging. Took me months to get to chapter 2370 (this app only has it to chapter 2368….learned to search different links to read ahead a bit). These ongoing books are just not worth the time since their author (s) take days/weeks to upload new chapters. Again great sultry, long drawn out at times, but not worth the frustration of no new updates....
No update in 6 days!!! Really??? I’m about over this story and ready to move on, the wait is to long....
