Yvonne had been blissfully happy after dating Drew. But the moment Wyatt gave them his approval and gave his blessing for their marriage, that was the pinnacle of her joy.
In fact, Yvonne had always been hard on herself, seeing herself as inadequate and undeserving. She never truly believed she was worthy of Drew’s love.
She had originally thought that if Wyatt did not approve of her, or worse, insisted on finding an elite, noble heiress for Drew, she would back off without a second thought. She would never put him in a difficult spot with his father.
Her love for Drew was pure and selfless. She was willing to sacrifice everything for him.
But the truth was, the entire Thompson family welcomed her with open arms.
No one looked down on her because of her background. Instead, they showed empathy for her struggles.
Such kindness was a debt Yvonne could never fully repay, no matter how many years passed.
“Uncle Wyatt… Thank you. Thank you so much…” Yvonne said, eyes brimming with tears.
“Yvonne,” Wyatt chuckled warmly. “I suppose you won’t be calling me Uncle Wyatt for much longer. Once Drew is back, you’ll need to start calling me Dad.”
Feeling embarrassed, Yvonne blushed and looked down as she bit her lip.
Wyatt took a deep breath, and a shadow of pain crossed his face as he thought of Bella’s mother. Deep down, he felt a constant ache.
He was doing his best, fulfilling every promise he had made to Yara. He had vowed to make sure all their children would be happy.
Bella had gone through so much to be with Justin, but fate was now cruelly separating them.
When would his precious daughter’s life stop being so difficult?
“Yara, if you’re watching over us, please help our daughter,” Wyatt murmured to himself.
…
Late at night, when everyone in Yara Park was fast asleep, Yvonne changed into a black tracksuit that allowed her to move easily.
She went to the underground garage, retrieved the black sports car Drew had given her, and quietly drove toward the back gate of Yara Park.
As soon as she arrived at the back gate, she was stopped by a guard on duty.
The guard asked politely, “Ms. Yvonne, it’s so late. Are you heading out?”

Please upload Chapter 2468 and other remaining chapter .....
Please update regularly...
Thanks for bringing Ryan back. Totally missed him...
I am reading this book from last year. Its very long story but at start i find enjoyable.Still there is no closure , dragging the story and the writer is running out of ideas. Its frustrating that they don't upload chapters regularly....
If you are about to start reading this “ongoing” book….don’t. It’s a great read but mo regular updates and leaves you hanging. Took me months to get to chapter 2370 (this app only has it to chapter 2368….learned to search different links to read ahead a bit). These ongoing books are just not worth the time since their author (s) take days/weeks to upload new chapters. Again great sultry, long drawn out at times, but not worth the frustration of no new updates....
No update in 6 days!!! Really??? I’m about over this story and ready to move on, the wait is to long....
Pls update regularly or least let us know why it's taking so long...
