Chapter 50 All Debts Must Be Paid.
Kennedy briefly glanced at the Summers, then resumed his steady approach toward them.
“Mr. and Mrs. Summer, the security guard said flatly, his expression giving away no emotion.

At that moment, Thomas and Kate felt the weight of everyone’s eyes upon them. Their faces burned with humiliation. something they had never experienced before.
Being escorted out of a Barlow Group event–what a disgrace! The damage was done.
They feared their standing in society would never be the same. The thought of facing anyone after this, let alone appearing in public again, was unbearable.
As for Blair’s brothers–two of them had already made a name for themselves in their careers, becoming influential figures in their industries. The twin brothers were always at the center of attention wherever they went
Since childhood, they had been the ones everyone admired, carrying themselves with an ever–present sense of pride.
They had never been treated with such disrespect.
Now, they were not only being expelled from a prestigious event but were also enduring the unimaginable–being humiliated by the Barlows. The shame was too much to handle.
But the whispers among the crowd weren’t just about the disgrace they faced. Instead, people were talking about what Davina had said her biting comments about Stella being a fake heiress.
Is it possible! Could it be true that Stella isn’t a Summer by blood?
The uncertainty in the crowd’s eyes only increased Stella’s panic. Her face flushed with dread.
Eventually, the Summers brothers surrounded Stella, shielding her as they guided her out.
You should have let me handle them properly,” Sacha muttered under her breath. “If I hadn’t been trying to make them uncomfortable, I would never have invited the Summers to this event.”
Sacha was fully aware of the history between Davina and the Summers, the things they had done to her.
From the start, she had planned to make the Summers feel uneasy, to put them in their place.
But she hadn’t expected them to walk straight into her trap–or, even worse to behave so terribly.
“This family is unbelievable,” Sacha seethed. She felt anger toward the Summers, but more than that, she felt a deep sympathy for Davina.
It was painful to witness how the Summers treated their own flesh and blood, especially when they continued to shower their misguided affection on a daughter who wasn’t even their own.
Even if there was some genuine care for Stella, the bias against Davina was inexcusable. It was hard to understand how parents could behave in such a way, especially when their real daughter stood right in front of them, and yet they chose to favor a girl who wasn’t even their biological child.
The Summers‘ sons were no better–each one equally disappointing
He Davina, the one who had been wronged, the one who deserved all the love and care from her family–and instead,
was treated like an outsider.
Sacha suddenly felt a sense of relief that she had never married or had children. She couldn’t bear the thought of becoming the kind of mother Kate was.
Ban then, as she looked at Davina, she felt fortunate. At least she had a daughter who was truly worthy of pride..
Davina similed gently, the corners of her mouth lifting just a little.

She said with a teasing tone, “You wouldn’t go as hand as I had.”
Sacha couldn’t help but laugh, admitting, “You’re right. I probably wouldn’t

“But Davina added with a hint of regret, “I feel bad that you were dragged into this. It really turned into quite the spectacle
Sacha waved off her concem, giving her hand a reassuring pat. “You’re my daughter. What trouble is there? I was already planning to teach them a lesson today.”
