When Derek returned to the bedroom, Meredith was sitting in a daze on the bed, as if she had lost her mind. There was no light in her beautiful eyes and she did not react when she saw him return.

Derek frowned and slammed the door. The sudden loud noise scared Meredith so much. When she saw that he was back, her lips trembled. However, she didn't ask anything.
