The Good Girl's Revenge novel Chapter 92

Meredith refused to back down. Derek looked at her stubborn expression. This was the first time Meredith had confronted him like this.

Just for the child of that damn asshole in her belly?

So she was really affectionate.

Thinking of that, Derek felt he must destroy the child. "Do you think this will threaten me?"

Derek walked out, but before Meredith could even breathe a sigh of relief, several tall male doctors followed him back.

"Keep an eye on this woman. You can't let her leave this room before the abortion is done. You can't let her do anything like self-mutilation. If anything goes wrong, you will bear the blame."

"If necessary, you can use some special means, just don't kill her."

Derek ordered, and who would dare not obey?

The doctors immediately surrounded Meredith's bed. "Miss Mason, please cooperate with us, or we'll have to use anesthetics to keep you unconscious."

Meredith's body trembled, "Do you abandon all your medical ethics? He's forcing me to abort my baby, and you're going to help him!"

Meredith's voice was filled with despair, and now she was like meat on a chopping board, unable to resist Derek at all.

No one answered her, and Meredith closed her eyes in despair. Under absolute power, they abandoned their conscience.

So, she didn't say anything more. An overdose of anesthetic could have adverse effects on the baby, so Meredith didn't dare to take the risk.

Derek saw that she had calmed down and walked out. He asked, "When can she take the operation?"

"We need to check her condition before the operation. If she's fine, we can operate tomorrow."

Derek nodded.

Meredith closed her eyes, clenched her fists and took a deep breath, trying to calm her anger.

She had to calm down. Now, she couldn't confront Derek directly now. She had to calm down to find a chance to escape.

After a while, Meredith told the people around her, "I'd like to go to the bathroom."

They followed her to the bathroom door. Meredith glanced at them again. "I don't think you should watch me when I go to the bathroom."

They looked at each other and did not follow her in the end.

Meredith quickly locked the door and didn't dare to waste any time. She called Parker. He was the only one who could help her now.

The call went through quickly, and Parker was a little surprised because Meredith rarely called him at this hour of the night.

"Parker, I'm at the hospital, Derek's hospital. Please come and help me, I..."

Before Meredith could finish speaking, there was a knock on the door. "Who are you talking to?"

"I'm in the VIP room on the top floor right now. Help me!"

After Meredith finished speaking, she quickly hung up the phone.

She opened the door again as if nothing had happened. "I like to talk to myself, can't I?"

She hadn't been in there too long, so they didn't say anything more.

Meredith went back to bed obediently and closed her eyes to rest.

The only thing she could count on now was that Parker would come over after that call.

All she could do now was to rest and wait for him.

...

Parker hung up the phone and immediately drove to the place Meredith said to him.

He called her again but no one answered.

Something must have happened over there.

As he thought about it, Parker stepped on the accelerator and the car sped up. He was feeling extremely anxious.
