Chapter 295 I Can Help You With That 

After the bath, Rosie pulled Amanda to the closet room with her, so she could try on her 

outfits. 

Amanda finally got to see the red dress Rosie mentioned earlier. After helping Rosie to get dressed, she waited on the side. 

Standing in front of the full-length mirror, Rosie kept throwing questions at Amanda. “How do I look? Will Eli like it? How do I look from the left? What about from the right?” 

“Yeah, it’s perfect. You look wonderful.” Amanda gave Rosie perfunctory answers to prevent the latter from throwing a tantrum again. 

“Let’s go. We’re seeing Eli. Come on. You told me he’s here, so where is he? I want to see him!” 

Rosie dragged Amanda out of the bedroom. Amanda’s heart leaped into her throat as she mused to herself, What am I supposed to tell her? There’s no way I can call Elias over. 

Meanwhile, Taylor was enjoying a cup of coffee in the living room downstairs, looking as if he couldn’t wait to see Amanda embarrass herself. 

At the same time, Rosie dragged Amanda all the way to the living room. 

She couldn’t help her excitement as she let Amanda’s hand go. Then, Rosie approached her brother. “How do I look, Taylor? Eli likes to see women wearing red dresses. What do you think?” 

“Yes, you look beautiful.” He nodded his head as he set the cup on the coffee table. Then, he slowly stood up. 

Amanda stood next to Rosie, but she avoided making eye contact with him. 

“Can I go now? I’m meeting up with Eli.” 

“Go ahead.” Taylor’s flat tone betrayed no emotion. After that, he turned to Amanda. “How are you going to end this? Mind you, Rosie is way scarier when she’s having an outbreak.” 

As soon as he finished the words, Rosie wasted no time in dragging Amanda out of the villa. Her joyous laughter rang in their ears. 

“Maria, you said Eli is here. Where is he? I can’t see him anywhere.” 

“Maybe he’s in the garden. Let’s go look for him there. He’s been here for a while to see you, but you were bathing earlier.” 

Afhanda had to make up an excuse to keep Rosie’s emotions at bay. Otherwise, she’d be dead tonight if Rosie went out of control. 

Rosie walked around the villa to search for Elias, but not without dragging Amanda along. At the same time, Taylor trailed behind them. He wanted to intervene in time if Amanda was taking advantage of Rosie. Besides, he wanted to test whether Rosie’s hysteria was just an act. 

The trio went to the garden, and Rosie walked around to search for Elias but to no avail. Enraged, she spun around and glared at Amanda. “You lied to me! Where is Eli? Where is he? Where is he?!” 

“Miss Rosie, Elias did come. However, you were bathing around that time. He had to go after. waiting for a long time.” 

“You’re lying! He won’t do that to me!” At that, Rosie raised her hand, wanting to slap Amanda. 

At that, Amanda quickly grabbed Rosie by the wrist. “You know Elias. There’s no way would wait for a woman. If my words don’t convince you, you can ask your brother.” 

Better throw the problem back at him. It’s his sister, after all.

Rosie snapped her head in Taylor’s direction and burst into tears. “Taylor, is Maria telling the truth? Was Eli here?” 

Taylor glanced at Amanda before looking down to caress his sister’s hair. “That’s right. He was here a while ago, but he left some time ago. You’ll see him next time. He’ll be around Imperia for the time being.” 

“All right…” Rosie lowered her head dejectedly as she walked back to the villa. She looked so aggrieved, as if she was a child deprived of the promised sweets. 

Watching Rosie’s retreating figure, Taylor began, “Do you know who ‘Maria’ is? Do the reason why she kept calling you by that name?”

Amanda’s eyes widened in disbelief, shock written all over her face. 

So, she killed a person before. No wonder her illness is so serious. After all, she wouldn’t have gone mad just because Elias wouldn’t return her feelings. 

Taylor turned around to face her before continuing, “However, I feel like she’s faking it. 

Maybe I’m imagining things. 

Is she faking it? 

“How can you tell she’s faking it?” 

He must have some evidence to say such words. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have made such a bold assumption out of nowhere. 

“Nope. It’s just a hunch. Maybe she’s afraid to face her sins and take over the responsibility of murdering Maria. Therefore, she acts mad to escape reality”
