The Marriage She Turned into War novel Chapter 370

Abigail fell silent momentarily at my words. She couldn't retort because everything I said was the truth.

Back then, she had deliberately brought countless men home just to torment me. She even openly flirted with them right in front of me. She made me buy condoms for her.

I remembered everything she had done to me. I wondered if she was going to toy with me for the rest of my life. Was I supposed to rush to her side every time she smiled at me and be ready to do whatever she wanted?

As a human, I deserved to be treated with dignity, but Abigail had never given me that.

Feeling helpless, my mood instantly became worse. I didn't even know how to face her anymore, so I quickly picked up my fork and continued eating breakfast in front of me. I was determined to keep my head down so I didn't have to look at her.

Abigail smiled and didn't get mad at what I said. She gently held my hand and said softly, "As my husband, isn't it your duty to take care of these things for me?"

I was so sick of her nagging, so I shook off her hand impatiently and said indifferently, "As an adult, you should learn to be independent. Just because there are things that you don't want to do, you can't just avoid doing it, right?

"Back then, you didn't want to take over the company, but you ended up doing it anyway. I'm not going to let you bully and humiliate me forever just because you're my wife."

I spoke my mind. Sure enough, I noticed that she was gradually consumed by anger.
