After reading the message, Zachary was in a bad mood for the rest of the afternoon.
He had yet to resolve his divorce from Wendy, but now, he had to deal with Ellen too. Compared to Wendy, Ellen was much more troublesome.
Zachary's colleagues were right. Ellen was rather difficult to deal with. Not only was her temper short, but she was also eccentric, unreasonable, and unpredictable.
Zachary considered simply ignoring her, but he was worried that she would come after him.
As he was pondering that, he received a call from Ellen.
Zachary had blocked her phone number. So, this time, Ellen had called him from an unknown number.
Unaware of that fact, Zachary accepted the call.
"Zachary, you slept with me yesterday. Are you trying to deny that? I'm warning you. If you don't accompany me tonight, I'll go to your office and cause a ruckus."
Zachary's face turned pale, and he quickly covered his phone's speaker and dashed to the pantry.
After making sure that no one was around, he finally raised his phone and asked, "Ellen, are you crazy? Nothing happened between us last night!"
"I stripped you naked, but you're saying that nothing happened? No one will believe that. Unblock me on WhatsApp right now. I want to show you something."
"Can you stop bothering me? I don't have feelings for you. We are not compatible."
"Not compatible? Alright. Just you wait. I'm going to contact Yel Corporation right now and tell them that we haven't gone through the details yet. I'll ask for you to come over and talk to me in person."
"You're insane."
In a fit of anger, Zachary hung up the phone.
Still, given Ellen's personality, she'd actually do as she had said.
Upon reflection, Zachary ultimately decided to unblock her on WhatsApp.
His phone chimed. As soon as he unblocked Ellen, she sent him a photo and a video.
In the photo, Zachary was half-naked. His head was tilted as he and Ellen shared a kiss. One of his arms was even around her neck.
The video was even more staggering. It showed the kiss that Ellen had forced on him last night.
