The Night I Let Go novel Chapter 37

Zachary left.

Wendy bit her lower lip lightly and put down her slightly raised hand.

Ethan came closer. "Wendy, don't be sad. It's my fault. Zachary wouldn't have misunderstood you if I hadn't come back and looked for you."

He continued guiltily, "It's all my fault. I'll explain to Zachary later. If it doesn't work, I'll leave."

Wendy looked pale, as though she had lost all her energy.

She shook her head. "It has nothing to do with you. Everything is filthy to him because his mind is twisted! There's nothing going on between us, so we don't need to explain anything to him."

A strange look flitted across Ethan's eyes. He pretended to look concerned and asked, "Are you really going to divorce Zachary?"

"I'll go with the flow. Since things have come to this stage, maybe it's best to divorce him," she replied.

Wendy took a deep breath and smiled at Ethan. "Ethan, thank you for accompanying me today. I'm tired, so I'm going back now. See you tomorrow."

With that, Wendy turned around and left without looking back.

It was already 11:50 pm when Zachary arrived at the villa in Bayville.

The lights in the living room were still on.

When Zachary entered the villa, he saw Anya sitting on the couch and working on her laptop.

Her legs were long, straight, and fair.

He looked over and was attracted by her long and fair legs.

However, Zachary was down at this moment. He merely took a brief look at her.

Anya stopped working when she saw Zachary was back.
