Zachary felt helpless. He sighed and pondered for a moment before saying, "You're studying at the University of Film and Media. Why not spend your weekends putting what you've learned to use instead of spending it all with me?"
"Yeah." Molly nodded, showing that she understood.
However, her eyes remained fixated on him. She clearly had no intention to leave him alone.
He was dumbfounded and smiled wryly. "Molly, use the weekend to do things you enjoy. You don't have to keep me company all the time," he advised.
"But I do enjoy being with you, Zac! You're my savior and I want to be by your side at all times. I want to be there for you," Molly replied.
Her eyes sparkled as she looked at Zachary. Her gaze flattered him but also left him feeling slightly troubled.
Her being with him once in a while was fine. But if this would be the case every weekend, he wasn't sure he could manage.
After pondering for a while, he suggested, "Molly, didn't you mention that you wanted to become a social media influencer? Why not start working on that now that you have the time?"
"Okay!" she exclaimed. Her eyes lit up as she nodded in response. But her excitement quickly faded.
"What's wrong?" he asked, noticing her shift in mood.
"I'll need proper equipment to livestream. I just can't afford it right now," she answered softly.
"That's not a problem," he reassured with a smile.
He got up and took her to an electronics store.
They spent two hours there and purchased a set of livestream equipment.
When they got home, Zachary helped set up all the livestream equipment while Molly prepared dinner.
After dinner, she got ready for her first livestream.
