Chapter 221 Transfer of Equity 

Nathaniel glanced at her and pointed to the opposite sofa. “Have a seat!” 

She sat down, and she had no fear at this point in time. Everyone seemed to be judging her the moment she sat down, but she acted ignorant. Nathaniel handed a document to her and said, “This is an equity transfer agreement. Go through it and sign if everything is fine. And the legal department will take care of the rest.” 

Transfer of equity? She stared at him as if she had heard a joke. 

He had gone through various means, including the dirtiest ones, just to get my father’s equity. Is he going to return it to me? 

She took the document from him and skimmed through it, and she double–checked the figure, thinking that she had misread it. Ten percent of the equity would be transferred to her. She could literally be one of the directors of Technologent Group. And she could even participate in the shareholder meeting. 

She stared at him while he was leaning back against the leather sofa, holding back the urge to smoke due to Ozzy’s glares. He did not want to die yet. There are some mysteries left to be solved. The recent discovery about Freya’s past three years of experience in jail made him realize that a lot of things were out of his control. He must find out the truth. He would never want to experience kneeling on the cold ground and digging out his son’s corpse ever again. Someone had to pay for what they did. 

“Mr. Nathaniel, what are you…” She looked at him with doubt. Yet, he just casually said, “You earned this for doing a great job on the bid.” 

Nathaniel’s subordinates were dumbfounded. Are you sure that she did a great job? Ms. Freya definitely toyed with you. It might have seemed urgent back then, but when you look back, you can see that she made a trap for Alexander and troubled Mr. Nathaniel How was that worth it? And ten percent of the share isn’t a small amount! Does Mr. Nathaniel not know the value of money anymore? Does he think that it’s just some numbers? He is literally giving millions of dollars away! And is he sure to give it to the daughter of his enemy? 

Freya was amazed by his actions. She did not realize that losing a child was equivalent to ten percent of the Technologent Group equity. Although she came from a rich family, Nathaniel’s way of dealing with money shocked her. She stared at him motionlessly, hesitating whether she should sign or not sign on the document.
