“Little bastard! Come back now!” Charles stood up and reprimanded him.
Jacob hung up the phone. He turned and looked at them and sneered, “Ten years ago, I was always worried that none of you wanted to care about my life. It’s too late for you all to care about me now!”
“You What the heck are you talking about? Come back!” Charles picked up the cup on the coffee table and threw it toward Jacob; he missed, and the cup flew to the ground. It was shattered into pieces.
Jacob roamed into the night with his Ferrari.
Freya was lost at the moment; she had no other choice but to ask for Jacob’s help.
She did not expect him to arrive in such a short time he was at her building gate when she was still lost in her thoughts.
