Chapter 91 Alexander Lloyd.
Finished
Clad in a pristine, high–end suit, he stood tall, his stature rivaling Nathaniel’s. His back was turned to Freya, yet even from this angle, he exuded an oppressive aura.
Freya remained on her guard, the door closing softly behind her. The raucous noise from the octagonal cage outside was amplified by the electronic screens, accentuating the eerie silence within the room.
Taking a deep breath, Freya greeted, “Pleasure to meet you, Mr. Lloyd!”
The tall, striking figure seemed momentarily taken aback before slowly turning to face her.
Upon seeing Alexander Lloyd, Freya was taken aback. She had encountered many formidable men, Nathaniel included.
In her mind, the mastermind behind an underground boxing ring was bound to be a formidable figure, either cunning or bloodthirsty.
However, Alexander defied her expectations.
She stared at him in surprise. He was youthful, around Nathaniel’s age.
His features were refined, his demeanor gentle and elegant, reminiscent of a warm jade emitting a soft glow.
He seemed more akin to a mild–mannered, unassuming university professor than the only man unafraid to challenge Nathaniel.
Despite his scholarly appearance and preference for white attire, his actions were ruthless.
Freya was momentarily stunned. Alexander’s expression remained impassive as he took a seat on the sofa, gesturing for her to do the same, “Ms. Gomez, please have a seat.”
His voice was devoid of emotion, as monotonous and precise as a robot.
Freya nodded and cautiously took the seat opposite him.
“Wine or coffee?” Alexander rose and made his way to the wine cabinet behind him.
“Water will suffice, thank you, Freya responded hastily.
Alexander handed her a glass of water, his icy gaze meeting hers as he bent down.
In a show of sincerity, Freya had removed her face mask and baseball cap for the meeting.
Upon seeing the network of scars marring Freya’s face, Alexander finally showed a hint of reaction. He raised an eyebrow slightly before sitting across from her with his coffee.
Freya noted that these powerful men had their quirks. Nathaniel was partial to smoking, while Alexander favored coffee.
Alexander seemed more inclined to converse after seeing Freya’s scars.

Freya’s heart pounded. It seemed only a select few knew of Alexander’s alias, Ares.
