Chapter 27 

Henry stopped Layla 

“Mom, stop hitting her. Madeline doesn’t seem well.” 

Layla finally looked at her after that Madeline’s breathing had become shallow, and her eyes were tightly shut. She was covered in sweat 

She seemed to be enduring great pain.

“Mom, stop talking.” 

Jacob inoked a little pale. He thought that if Madeline really had a connection to Steven, she was extremely fortunate

“Madeline is so heartless. She has colluded with such a person but doesn’t support her family. Humph”
