Logan nodded in agreement. "I don't understand it either. It is pointless for those fans to monitor their idols' lives on a daily basis. Playing poker is far more meaningful than that."
Everyone burst out laughing as soon as they heard his words. This simple-minded Logan could relate everything to poker.
Speechless, Lola turned and looked at Logan. "Stop attempting to participate in the conversation. Playing poker isn't any better. At the very least, those fans are not breaking the law, but in the case of poker, the stakes may exceed the legal limit."
Logan laughed. "I mean just playing it for fun to pass time. No money involved."
That made him more unfathomable. He was so mesmerized by poker despite the fact that he was only playing for fun and not for money. What made this game so appealing to him?
Meanwhile, almost all the dishes were served, so they all began eating.
Out of a sudden, John asked, "Ian, have you ever considered registering with Selby first? Having a child can wait, but you must first give her a name."
He had been quiet all this while, and this sentence hit spot-on.
Hearing that, Ian laughed. He put his chopsticks down, raised the cup in front of him, and said, "I was just wondering how I should start this topic. It's good that you've asked. In fact, we just registered our marriage today."
Just after he finished his words, John raised his cup, seemingly indicating that he understood the situation. With the table between them, they both cheered.
John then continued, "From your behavior yesterday, I had actually guessed what you're about to do, and indeed I was right."
Logan, on the other hand, did not expect it. Glaring in surprise, he exclaimed, "How did you know? I didn't sense anything!"
This time, Lola backed him up. She nodded in agreement and said, "We both didn't realize it. You have excellent observational skills, President Constance."
Hearing that, John laughed. "It was just a random feeling of mine."
With Cindy's hand in his, Ian said to the rest, "But my job now doesn't allow me to proceed as I wish. Hence, the wedding ceremony will only be held at a later date, which is after I have completed my current tasks. I'll inform everyone then."
Sophia nodded. "Everything else is secondary as long as the both of you get along well. Now that both of you have registered, your marriage is legally protected. Cindy can now rightfully confront any demons who wish to cause trouble."
With the edges of her lips sticking up, Cindy replied, "If they are coming again, my only hope is for Ian to handle the situation well."
Ian quickly nodded. "Rest assured. There would be no more demons in the future. I am not going to give them a chance."
Cindy then turned and looked at Ian with a half-smiling expression.
Though she had confidence in Ian's character, she was reserved about his words.
Men and women had different thoughts. For example, Ian only realized Yulia was interested in him in the late stage. Though Yulia had expressed her intention from the start, Ian, being a straight and frank man, realized nothing.
Cindy wasn't brave enough to consider whether Valerie was the same, but she was certain that Ian did not feel anything. Even though they didn't drink tonight, the entire ambiance was as great as it always was.
Everyone talked about a variety of topics, including John and Sophia's past.
Cindy was unclear about what had happened between them in the past. The only time she searched for news regarding Sophia was when reporters revealed that Ian might have a relationship with her.
However, there wasn't much information in the news, and she had never understood what went on between the both of them.
Since this was brought up now, she sat quietly by the side and listened.

So what happens to Ian and Cindy. Is she/ or does she get pregnant? Do they go back to the city and Ian works with Logan? Does Aurora stay in the entertainment industry or return with Ian? Terrible ending, who cares if Aurora was drinking/drunk with colleagues. What happened with Ian and Cindy?!...
Get rid of Gary. Apparently Cindy is too dumb to figure out his motives 😡...
Why are you trying to break them up when they just got together and are a loving couple. Let them stay close and move back to their true friends, Logan, Lola, John and Sophia!...
Sure hope Ian pulls his head out of his behind and works this out with Cindy. His brother needs him at the company and neither one of them truly like the celebrity life. Sophia and Lola will love her …....
I can’t wait for John to take down the Bailey’s including Isabelle so he, Sophia, William and Matilda can live in peace. Introduce Yolanda to Richard so they are out of the picture....
Ugh, don’t break up Sophia and John… they belong together and Sophia is just stubborn for no reason...
Sophia lives John, he just needs to tell her he loves her and get on with their life and family. Too much interference from others....
Sophia is so stupid....
John needs to man up, tell his mother and Isabelle to take a flying leap and confess to Sophia that he made a horrible mistake in divorcing her. This story is taking too long and once again, the bitches are looking like they are on the right side. Awful...
