"We do have strength in numbers, but I honestly don't know how things would go if we were to fight."

Oliver lowered his gaze. "I think we'd better leave. We'll think of a way to save Honorable Master Darby when you recover, Leia."

Leia bit her lips. Her heart thudded uncomfortably.

However, Oliver was right. Grunt had already been as tolerant as he could to release Leia. If they provoked him into a fight, there was no way Oliver would win.

After all, Grunt's army had the finest soldiers in the Godly Region.

Leia had no choice but to concur, nodding helplessly. "Alright then. We'll do as you say."

Leia nodded in agreement. She turned to Darryl and said, "Honorable Master Darby! I'm going to leave with Oliver for now, but don't worry. I'll think of a way to get you out of here."

However, Darryl merely snorted. "You can stop lying now, Grunt. I know your little conversation with Oliver was all an act. You may have been able to fool someone as innocent as Leia, but I'm not that dumb."

"If my guess is correct, Oliver tipped you off on where this cave is." Darryl's expression was deathly calm, and his eyes flashed with mockery. "He pretended to threaten you just to show off to Leia, right? To be perfectly honest, I saw right through your hero saving damsel in distress act right away. It's pathetic." 1
