True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 151

Grace Smith was on her way back with her sister and Little Gary after a big meal. The three of them were all sitting on the sofa, while holding their full stomachs, sighing in satisfaction.

Alice Smith sighed and said, "We don't need to wash the dishes if we eat out in a restaurant, so I guess we just ate without any worries until I am so full now."

"But there is a lot of re-used oil used in restaurants," Gary added mischievously.

"Pfttt—" Alice burst into laughter. "My nephew, can you not rain on our parade on us?"

"Little Aunt, I'm only telling the truth, even the TV said so!" The little one said, "I'm not making stories up."

"But you have eaten it, haven't you?" Alice laughed.

"If I don't eat, I'll be hungry." Gary pouted.

"You've also eaten the oil then," Alice said.

"Eating a little of it won't be life-threatening, don't worry, Little Aunt," Gary replied.

The two of them bickered with each other, one after another.

However, Grace Smith was so tired that she got up and said to them, "I'm not doing anything else today, so I'm going to rest now, I'm exhausted! I'm going to bed early, are you guys going to sleep or not?"

"Yes." Alice said, "I'm also sleepy."

"Let's all rest." Grace stood up and marched towards her room. "Come, Little Gary, Mommy will wash your feet then only go sleep."

"Mommy, I can do it myself." The little one said, "You are so tired. Don't worry about me. After cleaning up I promise to go to sleep!"

"Are you sure you can do it yourself?" Grace asked worriedly.

"I've been doing it all by myself all this while, haven't I? Don't worry." Little Gary assured.

"Okay." Grace nodded. "If you can't do it, just call ~ ¹¹

me.

"Sister, I'll wash up with Little Gary." Alice understood that Grace was so tired from hanging out with Heinz Jones today, she voluntarily took the role and said: "You go to rest."

Grace then went back to her room. She took out her phone and glanced at it, but she didn't look closely at the screen and didn't see any message.

After washing up and changing into pajamas, she sat at the dressing table and applied some skincare products on her face. Soon after, the phone vibrated.

She turned it on immediately and saw that it was a message.

When she opened it, she saw a sentence. It sounded cold and heartless: "Still gasping for air?"

She didn't even have to look to know that it was Heinz's message.

She gritted her teeth and replied, "So what if I am gasping for air? Any problems with it?"

After sending the message, she immediately went to her bed, forcing herself to lie down, and waited for the reply on her phone.

A minute later, there was no message, but a phone call came.

She was taken aback. After taking a deep breath, she took her phone and swiped through the answer button. "Hello?"

From the phone, a man's voice was heard, which sounded so relentless, "You left in a hurry, so I didn't manage to ask you, was everything settled?"

Grace was stunned. She remembered that she was in a hurry to find Little Gary, she said, "Yes, it's all right."

"Alright?" Heinz frowned and said, "You sure it's alright?"

"Of course." She said bluntly, "Thank you for your concern. It's all right."

Heinz didn't say a word for a while.

Grace was stunned for a moment. She grasped her phone tighter and said: "Well, if you have nothing else to say, then just go to bed."

She really felt tired. Although she also wanted to know why Heinz called her, but she was exhausted, and he didn't intend to speak either, so she felt lazy to pursue the answer.

As soon as he felt that she was going to hang up on him, Heinz frowned and said in a deep voice, "I gave you a call, and without saying anything, you want to hang up on me?"

Grace hesitated for a moment and said, "Then tell me, what's the reason, why are you calling me?"

"What are you talking about?" He asked directly in a cold voice, with a hint of exasperation in his tone.

"I don't know," Grace said bluntly, "You're the one who's looking for me, not the other way around. So you tell me what's the matter?"

Heinz was stunned and a look of anger flashed across his eyes. This woman had really pissed him off.

He was looking for her, just because he was thinking of her.
