True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 2198

Sebastian just couldn't believe it.

How could he believe in Claudia's words when she was pinning him to a wall? Their bodies were so close to each other, and no one would be sane enough to think in such a position.

Her claim that she would stop liking him was very suspicious.

He narrowed his eyes and stared at her doubtfully before saying, "I can't trust you. You have no credibility."

Claudia laughed, her lips curving into a perfect smile. Then, she inched closer to him, her lips about to plant themselves onto his.

"What's this? You are making me think that you like me and that you're reluctant for me to leave."

Her low sultry voice rang in his ear, causing his hair to stand on edge.

Sebastian turned his face away and did not want to look at her anymore. He insisted, "Nonsense. I don't like you."

"So let's be friends. Better a friend than an enemy, am I right?" Claudia suggested.

"How do I know that you're not pretending to take a step back so you can take things further with me?" Sebastian looked over his shoulder and met her eyes calmly, "That's how I see it."

He saw through her. Geez.

Claudia blinked and asked with a faint smile, "Why do I feel that you don't agree with my decision to stop liking you?"

"That isn't true," Sebastian denied.

"Why disagree with my suggestion then? Can't we be friends?"

"Who wants to be friends with you?" Sebastian refused coldly, "Not a chance."

"If that's the case, maybe you can address me as your elder," Claudia continued.

Sebastian was dumbfounded. He didn't expect her to be so shameless.

"Do you think you can take advantage of me by gaining the status of seniority? Don't even think about it."

"I can't be friends with you, nor can I become your senior. I guess I have no chance at all, huh?" Claudia asked.

"Yes," Sebastian nodded, "That's what I meant."

"In that case, why didn't you push me away?" She smirked.

She was practically perched on top of him.

Their bodies were pressed together, and her chest was on his.

Her reminder made Sebastian's face blush harder. He came to his senses and immediately wanted to push her away.

"Don't push me away in such a hurry," Claudia pressed herself onto him, not wanting to be separated from him. She cooed, "Let's make things clear first."

"I have nothing to discuss with you," Sebastian replied curtly.

"But I have something to talk to you about," Claudia giggled, "I think we should be friends. Do you want to be friends with me?"

"No," Sebastian frowned.

"You look adorable when you're mad, kiddo," She teased.

"Get lost," Sebastian couldn't hold in his anger any longer.

"I will. Don't worry," Claudia wasn't angry at all.

Sebastian grabbed her arms, wanting to push her away from himself.

However, Claudia wrapped her arms around his waist, pulling their bodies even closer. She pouted in his arms and suggested, "I don't want you to ignore me, even if you don't want to be in a relationship with me. So let's be friends. You have to choose either one of them."
