True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 226

In the conference room.

Grace followed Hermione into the conference room while Heinz followed closely behind her.

He was sticking very close to Grace, and she felt thoroughly oppressed and couldn't walk comfortably at all.

Hermione thought of something as soon as she just entered the conference room. She said, "I'm sorry, Mr. Jones. I just remembered that I have to make an important phone call. Can you please spare me ten minutes?"

Heinz frowned and nodded. "Sure."

"Thank you so much, Mr. Jones," Hermione said gratefully as she smiled and left quickly

She winked at Grace while on her way out.

Upon seeing this, Grace was confused.

Grace suddenly thought of something. She turned to Heinz and said, "I'm going to get my notebook. I'll be back in five minutes."

Heinz grabbed her arm just as she was about to leave. "You're so naive. Stop trying to make up excuses to avoid me.

Grace was embarrassed.

Heinz raised his eyebrows and said, "Can't you see that Hermione intentionally left us alone?"

It was then that she finally understood why she

wanted to leave.

However, he stopped her from leaving.

"It's our time now," Heinz said. Then, he rolled his sleeve up, revealing a luxurious black wristwatch.

Grace took a glance at it. It was a Vacheron Constantin. It looked expensive.

It was a really nice watch for a man.

Heinz took a glance at the time.

She rolled her eyes and said, "Let me go."

However, He didn't budge but instead stood in front of her, holding her arms tightly. Grace couldn't move at all. She looked at him and found out that he was looking at her in a mischievous way.

He was smirking at her. "There are only eight and a half minutes left. What do you want me to do?"

"Nothing!" she shouted quickly.

How could they do it in the office? This was too much!

Heinz narrowed his eyes and looked into her eyes. He got closer to her and said, "We'll still have more than three minutes left if we made out for five minutes."

"Absolutely not."

He chuckled in a low voice and said, "Do you think you still have the right to reject me? You ignored me last night, so how can you still ignore me when I came here just to see you? Even your chief editor knows it." "That's because she doesn't have the guts to offend you," Grace retorted.

"Yup. She's really good at knowing what she should do." Heinz said in a playful tone. He was so close to her that she could feel his breath on her face.

Grace frowned and felt a little helpless. She wanted to take a step back.

"Don't hide," he said sarcastically.

There was no way for her to hide at all.

She raised her chin and frowned. "You-"

"Don't move. This is the perfect angle." Heinz narrowed his eyes and muttered in a hoarse voice, "Yes, that's it. Don't move."

"What are you going to do?" Grace asked.

He was staring at her.

Grace glared at him. It was obvious that he was aroused.

"It's convenient for me to do this at this angle.” He said in a deep voice.

Hmm...
