True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 392

Grace Smith smiled after hearing his promise. She took the initiative to kiss him on the cheek and uttered softly, "Let's go back quickly. You look very tired and you should rest."

He nodded and drove the car into the designated parking lot.

They went upstairs together.

Grace changed her clothes and cooked some simple dishes. After dinner, they chatted with the children through a video call. Grace was ready to go to bed early.

She said, "I have to work tomorrow, so I need to sleep now. You should go to bed early too."

"Okay, I'll sleep a little later," Heinz Jones held his mobile phone to check his work. He urged, "You should sleep first."

"Okay!" Grace yawned and went into the bedroom.

He was dealing with some company affairs.

Lester called him at about 10 p.m. He said, "President, you should watch the entertainment news. It's airing on the TV now."

"Now?" Heinz frowned because he was afraid of disturbing Grace. Hethen asked, "What is it about?" "It's about you and Miss Smith," Lester continued, "I saw it in the hospital. You should have a look quickly. It's on the entertainment channel."

Heinz turned on the TV and switched to the entertainment channel. Immediately, Grace’s face was plastered on the huge screen. Her small face was composed and she uttered word by word, "My man may not be perfect but he's at least a thousand times better than that guy!"

Heinz was taken aback. After taking a closer look, he realized that the man she mentioned was him.

In the video, Grace's face was then quickly replaced by his.

A commentator then appeared.

"The man that this young lady was referring to is none other than Heinz Jones, the famous president in Northern City."

Next, they showed a picture of him and Grace together. They were captured when he was applying medicine for her in the corner discreetly. They looked very close in the picture.

However, what surprised him the most was Grace's remarks to Marry Smith and Simon Brown.

Did she really think that he was a thousand times better than Simon?

Her words thrilled him.

Heinz paid attention to the news and turned off the TV after it ended. He got up and strode to the bedroom.

He opened the doorand there was only a lamp glowing inside the bedroom. It was a very tiny wall lamp. Under the dim light, he could see Grace's delicate and quiet face. She had fallen asleep.

She was lying on her side quietly. Despite being so thin and weak, she wielded a powerful strength in her and she could take care of a child on her own.

He went near her and sat down at the bedside. He lowered his head and stared at her tenderly.

He stroked Grace's face gently. She probably felt that something was tickling her and she let out a soft groan immediately. She turned and fell asleep again.

He did not turn on the light but just stared at her.

After a while, he took off his shoes and went to bed.

Grace was woken up when she felt that someone was pressed against her.

The weight on her body was so overwhelming. She was in a daze and she felt breathless.

She was half awake. She smelled a familiar scent and knew that it was Heinz.

She then mumbled, "Let's sleep. I'm so sleepy. Aren't you sleepy?"

He did not reply. He merely lowered his head and breathed lightly onto her neck.

It tickled Grace and she tried to dodge, but he had no intention of letting her go.

Grace finally opened her eyes. She was in a daze when she saw a handsome face above her. His lips found hers and he gave her a lingering kiss.

He released her after a long moment.

Grace stared at him and asked shyly, "You didn't sleep when I told you to and now you're bullying me. What are you doing?"

He asked in a hoarse voice, "Who's your man?”

Grace was taken aback and she was a little confused.

Heinz asked again, "How excellent is your man? Is he a thousand times better than Simon?"

Grace was startled. Suddenly, she recalled what she said to Marry in the shopping mall.

However, he did not hear that, did he?

Her face flushed. Fortunately, the light was not switched on, otherwise, he would surely spot her rosy cheeks.
