True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 507

Heinz dragged Grace away.

Marry was shocked. "What? How is it possible that he knows where the child is?"

"Why?" Jensen looked into her eyes. "You wished that they wouldn't find the child, don't you?"

"Jensen, just ignore her," Alice said. "She brought this upon herself."

Of course he knew that. He looked at Alice and said softly, "I know. She's on her own. It's none of our business."

When Marry heard that the police were going to ignore her, she started to become anxious. "No, Alice, you can't do this to me! I'm your sister from the same father! You can't do this, I will be killed by Simon."

"You deserve it." Alice replied coldly. She glared at Marry, her fingers curling into a fist uncontrollably when she remembered what she had heard. She was trembling in anger.

"Yes, I deserve it," Marry looked at her, then at Jensen. "But he is the police. I called for the police here. He has to save me. The police can't leave me here to die."

Jensen snorted. This woman really was something else, daring to threaten the police.

Yes, the police shouldn't leave her be.

He looked at Marry and said, "It is indeed the police's responsibility to save you, but both Simon and you are suspected of human trafficking and the abduction of a child. You need to be taken away."

"Yes, you're right." Marry agreed at once. "Take us both away. He was the one who told me to do it."

"Marry Smith, you must have proof to back your claims." Simon had already finished changing his clothes. He looked put together as he was dressed in a suit. He appeared to be extremely calm as his gaze swept across the room.

Alice was seething. When she saw that Simon still acted as if nothing had happened, she rushed to him and slapped him in the face.

Slap! Slap!

He was slapped twice. One on the left and the other on the right.

Simon didn't try to dodge it, nor did he try to fight back.

He only looked down at Alice, who was fuming, and whispered, "You hit me in front of the police. I will report you to them. You better be careful."

"How shameless!" Alice trembled in anger. She glared at Simon and shouted, "You scum took Grace's son away from her. Do you even know how she lived for the past few years?"

Simon narrowed his eyes. "That was all Marry's doings."

"You!" Alice grit her teeth. She suppressed her anger, and there was only hatred left in her eyes as she stared at him. "Simon Brown, you really have no conscience. You will get what you deserve. If you want proof, everyone has heard every single word that came out of your mouth. On top of that, you cheated in your marriage. You will never get your hands on Sunny Group."

Simon's gaze darkened. He glanced at Jensen and said, "Officer, I want to report something. Alice Smith attacked me in front of the police."

"Is that so?" Jensen replied calmly. He looked at his two subordinates who were standing beside him. "I didn't see Alice attack Mr. Simon. Did any of you see that?"

"No, I didn't."

"No."

The other two policemen said in unison, "We didn't see anything."

"Did you hear that?" Jensen glanced over at Simon.

Simon smiled coldly, "Sir, you're breaking the law by doing this."

"Don't sound so self-righteous." Jensen said coldly, "The same goes for you. Bring them to the station!"

"What evidence, and what reason do you have to take me away?" Simon calmly asked.
