True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 607

"Alice!"

Alice said coldly, "You shut up! Do you think I'm a fool? All of you hid the truth from me. I was so sad and even blamed myself. I felt so sorry and guilty towards you but you clearly knew the truth already and you were still not willing to tell me!"

"I'm sorry!" Jensen apologized.

Alice raised her voice and said, "If apologies are useful, then what use do we have for the police?"

Jensen shouted, "Alice!" He quickly stepped forward and wanted to hold her hand, but Alice shook him away and repelled his touch.

Jensen was startled. He seemed to feel that the atmosphere had returned to the time when they first met.

She was confronting him with daggers, her whole body covered with thorns.

He looked at Alice in surprise, with self-blame and apology in his eyes.

Alice's gaze was cold as she looked at him.

After seeing his awkward and apologetic eyes, Alice pursed her lips then turned her face away and walked into the house.

This kind of thing was not something glorious so it wasn't something that should be talked about at the door.

She couldn't explain how she felt. When she knew that the man who would give her the deepest hurt was Jensen, her heart ached.

Jensen, who doted on her and pitied her so much, was actually that demon.

The man who had hurt her was a demon.

The harm he brought to her at that time had caused her to have nightmares consecutively for six years. She had been self-abased for six years and lacked confidence. She did not dare to have a boyfriend and rejected men. She was afraid that she would not be able to accept it.

What's more, she was afraid that her boyfriend couldn't accept her, because she had been hurt to that extent by an unknown person.

However, she didn't expect that her current boyfriend would be that person.

She had a feeling of being deceived. She was very hurt and felt very uncomfortable.

Now, she didn't even know what kind of feelings she had to put up in order to face Jensen. As soon as she saw him, she would think of that night. No matter how she begged for mercy, he would not let her go. Finally, he covered her mouth and kept forcing himself on her over and over again.

Those memories were so terrifying and miserable.

At that time, she was still a few months away from turning 18 years old.

Jensen followed her into the room, closed the door, and walked in front of Alice. His eyes were filled with worry when he looked at Alice.

He said sincerely, "Alice, I'm sorry. I know it's all my fault. From the beginning, I approached you because your sister had guessed what had happened between you and me. Your sister looked for me!"

"But you thought it was my sister!" She resisted. "My brother- in- law said that you mistakenly thought it was my sister. You originally wanted to pursue my sister, didn't you?"

Jensen felt very awkward and he replied, "At that time, I did think that the girl was your sister. After all, it was such a coincidence."

Alice was hurt. She didn't want to see Jensen. "So it turns out that it was not because of who I am, but because I happened to be the victim. I almost thought it was because of me!"

She couldn't go on anymore. She'd thought that Jensen liked her, which was why he pursued her. But now, when the truth was revealed, the truth hidden below was actually so bloody.

Everything was shattered into pieces.

Jensen looked at Alice uneasily and said, "Alice, it's true that I hurt you because of you. I also asked your sister to testify in private. We were sure that it was you."

"Who it was doesn't matter anymore," Alice said, feeling extremely sorrowful.

She walked to the sofa and sat down, not feeling sleepy anymore. Her hands and feet were cold and she did not have any strength left in her body.

The love from before was supposed to be so comfortable and warm, but now, it had turned into waste in an instant.

She pursed her lips, unwilling to look at Jensen.

Jensen had no choice but to come over and squat down in front of her. He looked at her and said, "Alice, I admit that I approached you with some intentions.
