True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 790

Both Grace and Alice opened their mouths wide at the same time.

As they looked at Lowell, they didn't know what to say.

"You are also a child," Grace remarked. "You are only a few years older than them. My principle is that no one is allowed to bully anyone. You should put yourself in others' shoes and be reasonable for everything you do."

"Understood," Lowell replied shyly. "Actually, I know that you're afraid that the two of them will bully me. Thank you for helping me."

She stretched out her hand to pat his head.

He felt a little embarrassed. He was so touched that his eyes were glistening with crystal-clear tears.

It wasn't easy for him to be accepted here.

Little Gary naturally understood what Grace meant. He remained silent as he sized Lowell up.

"It's okay," Grace comforted him. "Go and play with Little Gary and the others. They are reasonable people."

"That's right, Mommy. Both Ernest and I are reasonable. Plus, both of us know how to use our heads," Little Gary said. "Sometimes, we can even achieve things that you might not be able to."

After saying that, he blinked his eyes at Grace as he continued, "For example, if you guys have something you want to know, but you can't just ask directly, I can help you."

With the cunning look in his gaze, Grace knew that he was indeed intelligent.

She sighed. "Alright, you can do it. I know you can do it."

Little Gary couldn't stand Grace's dismissive attitude. He shrugged his shoulders and ignored her. He then turned to Lowell and asked, "Hey, what's your father's name? Tell us."

Lowell shook his head immediately and answered, "Actually, I have only seen my father a few times before. He is busy and doesn't care about me."

"You don't know his name?" Little Gary asked suspiciously. "Don't tell me you don't know your father's name."

Lowell answered, "His first name is Stephen. I don't know his full name. No one calls him by his full name. Everyone calls him Stephen, and I call him Stephen too. I don't call him dad."

"Why didn't you call him dad?" Gary asked in surprise. He had finally found a friend who didn't want to call his father 'Dad' like himself. "Didn't your father do well enough?"

"He's too old," Lowell replied embarrassedly. "I only feel like calling him grandpa whenever I see him. I really can't bring myself to call him dad."

Little Gary asked again, "Then does your mother call him that as well?"

"My mother calls him darling," Lowell answered. He shuddered and asked, "Can you imagine the scene where two old people call each other darling?"

"Ew!" Little Gary pretended to vomit instantly. "Don't they feel disgusted when they call each other that? It's so disgusting that I'm going to throw up."

"They're probably used to it," Lowell guessed. "I don't think it's disgusting. I think they don't care if I feel disgusted about it too. Since they don't care about me, they shouldn't have given birth to me at all. Forget it, I don't want to talk about this. It's depressing."

On the other side, Grace, Alice, Heinz, and Jensen all heard the children's conversation.

The four of them exchanged glances quietly. Little Gary then suggested, "Come with us to the backyard to play. I'll take you to have a look around."

"Okay." Lowell nodded and followed Little Gary and Ernest to play together.

At this time, Jensen's phone rang.

He picked it up.

"Boss, we've found out that Henry once stayed in Julesberg's Painter Village."

"In Julesberg's Painter Village?" Jensen was very surprised. He could not help but raise his voice.

When Grace heard this, she immediately turned to look at him.
