Hera realized that Vanta and Bernard had misunderstood the situation. She felt like her head was starting to hurt.

She said to Vanta, "You should go back first and ignore my way of doing things. Once I'm done with the discussion, I'll let you know what the results are."

"I disagree with your method!" Vanta became infuriated as he pointed at the damp shirt showing off Hera's chest.

"Look at what you've become! You're coming back with me." While speaking, he grabbed Hera's hand, intending to take her away.

"Playing hard to get? Do you think you can just come and go as you please at XS Corporation?" Bernard refused to let Vanta have his way. He grabbed Hera's other hand and forcefully pulled her back to his side.

Bernard then used the jacket on the couch to cover her properly before haughtily standing in front of her. He was like a hen protecting its chicks.

"The rumors of you being abstinent don't seem true at all, Mr. Killian. Since you're just like any other man and enjoy women like Hera, you should forward your address to me. I'll send you a few women tonight. As for Hera, I'll be taking her back with me."

Vanta straightened his posture while meeting Bernard's icy gaze.
