After his refusal, Moon felt pitiful. She rubbed her chin and said, "Don't you really want to fall in love? You are so handsome. Don't waste such a good gene, or I'll introduce you to donate sperm and detain the excellent genes..."
Samuel was sweating profusely. "No, it's no pity for me though I never have kids."
Moon had to give up persuading him and turned to look at Kaliyah. "I'll buy some ingredients with your uncle. Have dinner tonight together."
"Will my dad come back at night?"
"Yes!"
Moon waved her hand. "You kids stay at home and play for a while, and we will come back soon!"
Kaliyah smiled awkwardly. "Aunt, we are both adults."
Moon said, "In my eyes, you're always my precious daughter, no matter how old you are."
Kaliyah stared blankly.
Samuel noticed her expression. After Moon and Wade left, he frowned and said, "What is the true relationship between you and your aunt?"
Kaliyah asked him with a smile, "Do you want coffee? I'll make coffee for you."
He sat on the sofa with great interest and held his hands in front of his chest. "Change the subject?"
Kaliyah's smile stiffened.
After a long moment, she grabbed her skirt, asking, "Would you like some dessert?"
Samuel looked impatient. "Tut-tut, what do you wanna hide?"
She kept silently.
He guessed. "Is she your mother?"
The woman she called 'Aunt'.
Kaliyah's shoulders trembled. "No!"
But soon, she murmured, her shoulders slumped feebly, "Yes..."
At least she was in the household registration book.
Samuel wanted to smoke, but after he looked around, he found no ashtray, so he had to give up. At last, he looked up at the ceiling, his eyes narrowed for being pierced by the fluorescent and luxurious chandelier.
"Your have another identity."
