From Elijah's tone, Cordelia heard joy and grievance.
Thinking about what he had experienced before, Cordelia greatly felt sorry for him.
So, she gently hugged the man's head with her hands and said, "I miss you too."
"Really?" Elijah looked up at her with an unconcealable smile on his lips.
"Yeah."
He carefully raised his face and looked for Cordelia's lips, fearing she would refuse.
Cordelia quickly pecked his lips and said, "Don't be a man looking for caress now. Let me change the medicine for you first, okay?"
"Can you take a bath for me first?" He looked at her brightly. "I haven't taken a bath since I was hospitalized."
Cordelia was stunned for a moment and then said unnaturally, "Okay."
So she got up and started to unbutton Elijah one by one.
Elijah pursed his lips, waiting for her leisurely as if patiently waiting for her to open a gift.
Cordelia only peeked at him occasionally but did not dare to meet his gaze at all.
His eyes were so good at dispersing chemistry that Cordelia felt her cheeks burning.
While untying Elijah's belt, there was a sudden sound of metal buckles rubbing against each other in the quiet room, which made Cordelia even more ashamed.
"Well, next, can you take it off by yourself?" She asked hesitantly with a face that looked like a red apple.
Elijah frowned slightly, with a troubled expression on his face. "I'll give it a try. Maybe it won't work."
Seeing his clumsy appearance due to injury, Cordelia couldn't stand it.
"Forget it. I will do it!"
