Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1250
“I told that lady that you’re my love of life. The things that are important to you are as important as my life. If she refuses to give me that piece of jewelry…I will do all I could to get it.”
“Do all you could?”
“We have business dealings, we could cooperate or become enemies. I told her I would do all I could to get it, guess what she would choose?”
Luna finally realized the truth. “It’s that simple?”
“Of course it’s not that simple.” Joshua snorted and continued to kiss her lips. “Do you think it’s easy for me to say that you are the love of my life?”
Luna was stunned. Suddenly she realized that he seemed to be…
Was he confessing?
She pursed her lips and was about to say something, but was rudely interrupted by him.
She could not say anything. Her mind was filled with nothing but chaos and confusion. All she could see was his handsome and charming face in front of her. The heady atmosphere filled the entire room.
It was a crazy night.
Early the next morning, when the first rays of sunlight shone through the windows of the Blue Bay Villa, the content-looking Aura yawned and slowly opened her eyes.
Last night…everything went smoothly. She did not even make a single sound. Joshua found her just based on the smell of her body. The foreign drugs were indeed very powerful. Last night, Joshua did not say a single word, merely lowered his head and focused on the task at hand, she almost lost herself.
Maybe it was just an illusion, but somehow, she felt that last night, Joshua’s body did not feel as good as she imagined based on the parts of him she saw in broad daylight. Perhaps all men’s bodies were like this, pleasing to the eyes but failed upon touch.
She closed her eyes, lazily basking in the sun, and her entire chest filled with satisfaction.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
