The elevator descended from the top floor of the hospital.
All throughout the elevator ride, Joshua held Luna close to him.
Luna remained silent as she let him hold her. However, she did not say a single word in response to what Joshua had said.

The elevator arrived on the first floor.
Luna slowly stepped out of the elevator as though her soul had been sucked out of her body.
