Chapter 1897
The color drained from Bonnie’s face when she heard Luna’s words.
She bit her lip and lowered her head to stare at her finger, unsure of what to do.
Bonnie knew that Joshua’s arrangement was the best for both her and her baby. Even she, too. had to agree that Joshua’s plan was the best option she had at the moment.
To return to Banyan City, where Jude would be able to help her take care of Craig Group as she got the rest she needed and waited for the child to be born…
This was the best option she had to ensure that in eight months, the baby would be born smoothly.
No matter how powerful Charlotte and Jim were, they would not be able to follow her to Banyan City.
However, Luna’s words were like a rude awakening.
If she left Merchant City for eight months…
Would Jim still be able to remember her after so long?
Bonnie was unsure of the answer, and she was afraid to take the risk.
She did not want to lose Jim; she did not want him to forget her.
Seeing that Bonnie was hesitating, Joshua did not want to force her into a decision. “I know that it might be a very difficult choice to make now, but if you agree with Luna, and you’re worried that if you left Merchant City, Jim will never be able to remember you again.
“You can choose to stay here. I have no issues with that.”
Joshua placed the folder he had been holding onto the coffee table and turned to glance at Luna. “I’ve already talked to Roanne on the phone, and these are the possible situations that might arise, along with their relevant solutions, during your meeting with Charlotte later.
“Almost every possible situation that can go wrong is included here, so please read through it before you depart.”
Luna pursed her lips and turned to glance at Bonnie. Then, she walked over, sat down next to Joshua, and started flipping through the pages.
Bonnie remained motionless, pain spreading through her heart as she watched Luna and Joshua together.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
