Chapter 1899
Bonnie took the paper from him, frowning.
It was clearly written there that Roanne had spent the first ten years of her life at Love and Kindness Children’s Home, but…
Bonnie could not recall anything about her at all.
There was a photo of a young Roanne included with the paper, but even after staring at it, Bonnie could not recognize this girl.
She fell deep into her thoughts for a long time, until eventually, her head started to hurt from all the concentration. Even then, alas, she could not recall whether she had met Roanne before.
Truth be told, she had only a vague memory of her childhood life.
The accident she had suffered six years ago not only wiped her memory of her child but also caused almost irreparable damage to her brain.
Even though she had regained her memories of everything that happened before the accident six years ago, she still could not remember anything about her childhood.
The only thing she remembered was that she had met an older boy at the orphanage, who promised her that he would come back for her and bring her out of the orphanage as soon as h e grew up.
He even said that her favorite color, red, was a color of excitement, grandeur, and success, among other things. Because of this, he would let her put on a red gown when they got married in the future.
At that time, Bonnie had no concept of weddings and marriage, and the only thing she knew was that brides would wear beautiful white dresses for their weddings.
Therefore, when she first heard him say this, Bonnie had thrown a tantrum, saying that she wanted a red dress for her wedding instead.
The boy was both amused and exasperated by this, and in the end, he had no choice but to promise her that yes, she would be able to wear a beautiful dress for her wedding and not only that, but she could wear it in her favorite color.
This was the first time Bonnie had found out that dresses could be made in any color she wanted, including red.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
