Chapter 1933
“Hello, is this Ms.
Luna?” a strange, unfamiliar voice rang out from the other end of the line.
Luna furrowed her brows and quickly answered, “Yes, speaking, and you are…”
“My name is Sean Wheeler, and I’m a car mechanic.” The man’s voice sounded rich and deep as he said, “Long story short, I came across a woman passed out on the side of the road when I took out the trash just now.
“She had no phone or identification on her, but I noticed that she seemed pretty ill, so I sent her to the nearest clinic.
After she woke up, she gave me this number and told me to contact you.
“She told me her last name is Craig.
Can you come pick her up?”
There was a hint of embarrassment in the man’s voice as he explained, “I didn’t bring any money out with me, so I couldn’t pay for her treatment.
Can you bring some cash with you to pay the doctor too?”
Luna’s entire face lit up when she heard this.
After enquiring about the clinic’s address, Luna stormed out the door without even bothering to change her clothes.
However, she had just taken two steps when someone grabbed hold of her arm.
She turned around with a frustrated look on her face.
Behind her, Joshua had picked up a trench coat from the coat rack next to the door and was standing behind her.
“You’re too impatient; I’m not going to let you drive alone.”
With that, he strode over to his black Masevati without even turning back.
Luna pursed her lips slightly, lunged toward the door, opened the door, and got in.
“Give me the address,” Joshua said impassively as he started the car.
*
Luna quickly recited the address that Sean Wheeler had given her.
This was a very rundown part of town, so Luna quickly took out her phone and pulled up her navigation app, thinking that Joshua probably did not know how to get there.
However, to her surprise, he shot her an impassive glance and stopped her.
“No need; I know how to get there.”
Luna tumed to stare at him, wide-eyed in disbelief.
She had lived in Merchant City for six years with Malcolm, and it was officially a year since Hunter had brought her here.
However, even with seven years’ living experience in this city, she still was not entirely sure of the location of this clinic, so how could Joshua possibly know how to get there?
“I’m much more familiar with Merchant City than you are now.”
Luna rolled her eyes at him.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
