Chapter 1932 “What’s wrong?”
Gwen sniffed and quickly shifted her gaze away, unwilling to meet Luke’s gaze. “I just suddenly remembered something.
“To you, I’m not someone worthy of your time, too, so why do you still want to keep me?”
Luke’s frown grew even deeper upon hearing Gwen’s words.
A split second later, he pulled Gwen closer to his body so forcefully that it was as though he would break her like a porcelain doll. “You’re worth it; you’re the only thing in my life that’s worth my time.”
Gwen closed her eyes as she let the feeling of being suffocated by Luke’s embrace envelope her.
Was she?
Luke had said before that anyone he did not love was unworthy of his time.
At this moment, Gwen had finally confirmed a thought she had been having for a while.
She did not love Luke.
Not even a little bit.
“Are you okay, Jim?”
Meanwhile, inside the pantry, Charlotte leaped forward to clutch Jim’s blistered palm and sobbed, “I’ll ask the butler to summon a doctor right now! Hold on, Jim!”
With that, she quickly got up and sprinted to the door.
When she passed by Luna, Charlotte shot her a murderous glare and snapped, “It’s all your fault! If it weren’t for you, Gwen wouldn’t have gotten hurt, and neither would Jim. You doomed us all, you bitch!”
With that, she strode out of the room and disappeared.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
