"Can your people take good care of her?" Joshua scoffed.
"Don't worry."
Joshua might have hesitated or reconsidered the request had it been anything else, but merely dispatching his men to watch over the unconscious would not be anything difficult at all for his men.
With Joshua's reassurance, Jim left the ward with Luna, feeling less worried.
Once both of them were gone, Joshua waved his hand t o summon Lucas.
"Have some people take care and watch over Bonnie closely." Lucas nodded.
Ever since Joshua unraveled the whole incident regarding Laura, Lucas had been on his toes with his job to avoid any more mistakes.
Thus, he found the two most trusted and responsible persons among the bodyguards.
"Protect and take good care of Ms.Craig.Let no one else in, other than doctors and healthcare workers."
The two bodyguards nodded diligently.
However, right after Lucas left, a woman in a nurse's uniform walked toward the room with a tray of injection needles and medicine.She showed her identification card to the bodyguards.
"I'm here to exchange Ms.Craig's medicine."
The two bodyguards furrowed their brows.
"Exchange the medicine?"
They internally debated this, wondering if Bonnie needed that since she had just suffered a miscarriage.
The nurse smiled as though she had read the bodyguards' minds.
"She had suffered an accident, too, so it's only natural that there are other injuries o n her body apart from her miscarriage.Besides that, her body is very weak after the miscarriage, and if her injuries aren't treated accordingly, they'd become more problematic, risking infections to boot.I'm sure you don't want her status to worsen under your guard, right?"
The two bodyguards immediately moved aside.
"Please, enter."
The nurse smiled at them and entered the ward.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
