“You’re not interested, even if it’s about your life and birth?“
“What life and birth?“
“I knew you would be interested.“
Aura curled her lips into a smile. “Get in, I won’t eat you.“
Aura brought Luna to a coffee shop nearby. “Spit it out.“
Sitting on the chair, Luna sucked in a deep breath
and looked at the woman in front of her with cold eyes.
Aura sipped her coffee. “I wanted to give some time as a buffer…“
Then, she set down the cup of coffee in her hands. “ Hearing me saying I want to discuss your life and birth with you, do you think, you might very
possibly not be, Mom and Dad’s child?“ Luna frowned and said nothing.
“It’s understandable if you think that. After all, all these years Mom and Dad treated you like an adopted daughter. But the truth is in fact the complete opposite.“
Aura switched into a more comfortable position and lay her back on the sofa. “I’m not their biological daughter.“
Luna’s hand that was holding her cup paused in mid-air.
After a long while, she finally found her voice. “How is that possible…“
Her parents loved Aura dearly. They bought her the best, the most expensive items. As her elder sister, Luna could only get her pass-me-downs.
And now Aura was saying, she was not their biological daughter?!
“I’m not entirely unrelated to them.“
Aura raised her hand and rubbed her fingers against the ceramic cup. “I am Dad’s biological daughter. We share the same father but were born to different mothers. When Dad had an affair, my mother and Natasha got pregnant at the same time. When she was pregnant, my mother broke up with Dad. She didn’t want me from the moment I was born. How could Dad let me suffer all alone in the world? So he quietly switched me and your biological sister. I became the second daughter of the Gibson family, while your biological sister was sent to an orphanage.“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
