Luna stared at Jason’s face in shock. “Are you saying.. that Joshua sent you here…?“ she uttered through clenched teeth.
“Of course.“ Jason kneeled and stared back at her impassively. “If not for Mr. Lynch, how did Luke’s men manage to spike your drink with abortion pills? If not for Mr. Lynch, would I even be standing here in front of you?“
Luna clung onto the hem of her shirt tightly, partly out of weakness due to blood loss and partly out of despair. “How dare he… Did he know…“
“Mr. Lynch knows the baby belongs to him, so he asked us to get rid of the baby. He said that if you want to leave Sea City, it’s fine, but not with his child.“
‘Joshua. Did you know that by causing my miscarriage, you’d lose two children…?’
Nigel…
Tears streamed down Luna’s face uncontrollably, and she closed her eyes feebly. “Joshua Lynch… I won’t forgive you for this…“
The color drained from Luna’s face, and she slumped onto the floor, unconscious.
Jason narrowed his eyes and chuckled. Then, he took out the hospital discharge form from his pocket, dipped Luna’s finger into a pool of blood on the floor, and pressed it onto the paper. After making sure he had gotten a clean imprint of Luna’s fingerprint, he turned around and left the scene.
It was a long time until one of the airport’s cleaners stumbled upon an unconscious Luna. “Help!
Someone has passed out—“
On the top floor of the hospital.
Alice stood at the edge of the rooftop, clutching a fruit knife against her neck. She took a few steps back, her wary gaze remaining fixed on the man before her.
“Joshua, I’m giving you two choices right now. Either you give me the divorce agreement papers right now, or I kill myself right here! “
Joshua was standing at the entrance of the stairwell and furrowed his brows when he heard this. “What use will the divorce papers do you?“ His penetrating stare aimed straight at her as he said the next sentence, “You’re not Luna Gibson.“
Alice immediately froze when she heard this. Then, after a moment, she curled her lips into a smirk. “ You knew?“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
