In fact, Charlotte really meant to say, ‘Please take this freak out of here!’
Louise smiled at Charlotte apologetically and dragged Yvonne aside. "Why did you come here by yourself?"
Yvonne snorted. "None of your business."
Louise's expression darkened. If it was not for Monique, she would not even be bothered about her. She clenched her teeth and said, "I called your sister, so let's wait for her to come before taking this further."
While Louise was on her way, she kept dialing Monique but the latter did not pick up the call. 'I wonder what is she up to?' Nevertheless, Louise still had faith in Monique that she would immediately call back once she saw the missed calls.
Yvonne was anxious when she heard that Louise had called Monique. However, Yvonne noticed that Louise did not seem to be rejecting the idea of her seeking a job there as Louise only said to wait until Monique showed up.
However, Yvonne found it weird as it did not sound like Monique's usual reaction. Yvonne got curious and asked, pretending to be calm and steady, "What did my sister say?"
Louise stared at Yvonne, who was no longer acting all mighty. "Your sister didn't pick up the call. She'll call back once she sees the missed calls."
Louise could not believe that Yvonne was Monique’s sister. 'Is Yvonne being over-pampered? Or their parents just happened to bring the wrong daughter back home?' She could not believe that Monique would have such a ridiculous sister.
Suddenly, Louise was grateful that perhaps not having a sister might be a good thing as well.
Yvonne immediately burst into laughter as soon as she heard that Monique did not pick up the call. Yvonne figured she had to do something immediately and get herself a job before Monique showed up.
Or else, all of her plans would be busted.
She pushed Louise aside and walked to the secretary.
Charlotte saw her aggressive behavior with that mighty expression on her face.
Charlotte could no longer tolerate it and called up to get the security guards.
