Adviser Ashton was scared of Maximilian. He couldn’t help trembling, not knowing what to say. Never had he expected Maximilian would come here.
He turned around to see his fighters, whom he knew clearly were no match of Maximilian.
He’s got an illusion that he was cornered by Maximilian.
The fighters were itching for a fight with Maximilian.
“Maximilian, why do you have to be my opponent? Have I ever bothered you?”
He was outraged at Maximilian.
Maximilian laughed, thinking he was too naïve.
“Adviser Ashton, do you really think I don’t know anything about what you did? Your brain was way too simple.” Maximilian smiled coldly.
Adviser Ashton didn’t know what to say. He was still astonished.
He was puzzled by current situation.
“You should go away now.” Maximilian said indifferently.
Adviser Ashton gritted his teeth. He had no other choice now but run away. Maximilian spared his life, but how could he explain it to Dragon Queen if he ran away?
He has suffered three failures a day, which must cause Dragon Queen to fly into a rage.
The fighters looked at Adviser Ashton, waiting for his order. They didn’t understand why Adviser Ashton was so scared since the enemy was only one.
“Don’t look at me. If you can beat him, I’ll give you one hundred dollars.” Adviser Ashton exploded.
Money makes the mare go. Hearing they had an opportunity of getting so much money, they surrounded Maximilian immediately. They licked lips as if to see a prey.
Maximilian smiled, crooking his finger to beckon them.
They began to beat him with in a random way. They outnumbered Maximilian, which was their only advantage.
Maximilian duck their moves easily and punch them instead.
They were beaten down before they knew it. They were shocked, wondering who Maximilian was.
“You can’t win. You’d better be calm, or I won’t show any mercy.” Maximilian said coldly.
All of the fighters were scary.
Soon they were knocked down. They had never expected to end up like this.
Adviser Ashton was resigned to the result. He had thought it might be miracle, but the fact proved that he was wrong. Well, he didn’t expect too much, so he turned around to leave.
“Wait.” Maximilian stonily looked at Adviser Ashton.
