Chapter 67
“Copy that!” The group followed Brian as they headed toward Aqua Cuisines.
The school gates were surrounded by curious onlookers.
“Why are there so many people here?”
“Don’t you know? Mr. Lodge is here for his fiancée. I heard Ms. Torrey is on a date with Mr. Kingsman.”
Wow, really? The Lodge family is known for its strict rules If that’s true, Ms. Torrey is done for.”

Al Aqua Cuisines, Arlana had just taken a sip of her sparkling water when a group of bodyguards stormed in. The other diners were swiftly escorted out of the restaurant,
Ariana frowned, Brian entered followed by six bodyguards.
Ariana couldn’t help but marvel at how spacious the restaurant was. Otherwise, it wouldn’t have been able to accommodate such a large group.
Brian glanced at William and then at Ariana, who was lounging leisurely in her chair. His eyes landed on the heart- shaped dessert on the table,
The dessert was untouched, but the ad on the table’s centerpiece stated that every couple visiting the restaurant would be gifted the chef’s signature dessert “In Love” for their Valentine’s Day special.
Ariana sensed the tension in the air and broke the silence. “You seem to be in quite a hurry, Mr. Lodge. Is there something urgent?”
Brian coldly countered with a question. “Don’t you have anything to say for yourself?”
Ariana nonchalantly replied, “I’m just having a meal with Mr. Kingsman. Surely you don’t have to concern yourself with that?”
“Is holding hands necessary for a meal? Do you think I’m a fool?” Brian rebuked. “Is this just a meal, or should I call it a date? Do I have to spell it out for you?”
Ariana retorted, “I’m just having a normal lunch with Mr. Kingsman, and if I recall correctly, you often attend social engagements with your female clients. I wouldn’t call those dates either, would I?”
She added with a pointed tone, “By the way, I remember you’ve frequently dined with Ms. Granger and went out of your way to celebrate her birthday.”
“Ariana!” Brian’s expression grew colder.
William spoke unhurriedly, “Mr. Lodge, everyone in Gleaston knows about your ambiguous relationship with Ms. Granger. Didn’t you tell Ms. Torrey you’d never had feelings for her?
“If that’s the case, why not let each other live your own lives? There’s no need to storm in here with questions about trivial matters.”
Brian shot William a cold glare and said, “This is between us. It doesn’t concern you, Mr. Kingsman.”
“I think Mr. Kingsman’s right. There’s nothing wrong with us living our own lives.”
“Say that again?” Brian’s gaze shot daggers.
Ariana met his gaze and calmly said, “You can’t expect loyalty in marriage from someone you’ve never been

“There’s no telling if I’ll marry you, so it doesn’t make serie for you to throw a tantrum.”
With that, she got up and smiled at Brian. “I said nothing when you were to dose to Evelyn. Since you chose me as your fiancée, you should’ve been prepared for this.
